Abama Golf is part of a luxury complex in the south-west of the Tenerife Abama Gran Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa. The course offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and the La Gomera island. It was designed by golf legend Dave Thomas (San Roque Golf Club, The Belfry, etc.). The golf course is winding, tactical, with 22 lakes, bunkers of marble sand and immense greens. Abama is a golf course designed to be enjoyed by players of all levels.

Amarilla Golf Neighbouring Golf del Sur alongside the sea on the southern coast of Tenerife, Donald Steels Amarilla provides magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, which features on several holes, not least of which, the 127 yd par 3 5th , with a full carry over the "agua". Opened in 1989, it has also hosted the Tenerife Open. It is already showing even greater improvement following a recent change of ownership. Designer Donald Steel created an 18-hole golf course overlooking the sea where you are sometimes obliged to drive the ball over the waves onto the next green.

Situated on the extreme north-western corner of the island of Tenerife Buenavista golf course is surrounded by the Teno mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean. The 18 hole, par 72 course was designed by Seve Ballesteros. The course has 6 par 3s, par 4s and par 5s. The greens of 5 holes are close to the small cliffs of the rocky coastline, and breaking waves create a remarkably beautiful view.

Costa Adeje Golf

Located only 5 km from the resort of Playa de las Americas, Golf Costa Adeje was designed by Pepe Gancedo, whose philosophy is to adapting the course to the existing terrain and at Costa Adeje, the fairways follow the natural contours of the land. Golfers will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic, the island of La Gomera, Playa de las Americas and the mountains of Adeje. On the whole, the greens are quite large. The course has 6 par 3, par 4 and 5 five holes. It opens with a long par 5 of 510 metres and finishes with a par 5 of 500 metres.

Golf del Sur opened in 1987 and has been host to a number of European PGA Tour events. Originally designed by Pepe Gancedo and redesigned (Links Course) in 2005 by Manuel Piñero, Golf del Sur is the only golf course in the Canary Islands with 3 championship combinations. The course is thoroughly enjoyable with black volcanic sand in the bunkers, large greens and very wide fairways. Particularly difficult is the 3rd hole on the north course. To right of the wide fairway is a water hazard, behind which lies an impressive ravine with an ochre-coloured rock face, while to the left is a gaping bunker of black sand. Another notable hole is the 2nd of the south course, a par 3 of 193 meters whose green is surrounded by another immense bunker of black sand.

Las Americas Golf Golf Las Americas opened in 1998 and is located between the lively tourist resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort accommodation offers spacious and well furnished villa or apartment style accommodation with a host of facilities to suit the keen golfer. The whole development is set in an array of tropical gardens, fountains and terraces, with excellent views over the golf course towards Playa de las Americas and the sea. Protected from the wind by a range of hills, this golf course has many notable features and include streams and ravines which cross the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 12th, 13th, 17th and 18th hole. In addition to the Clubhouse, there is a golf school, pro shop, restaurant and bar. It is essential to book tee off times in advance.
