Tenerife Excursions
All the Tenerife excursions are operated by a locally owned and run business from the north of Tenerife. The company has an experienced and professional British coach driver with a minimum of 10 years experience in the UK and abroad.
All minibuses and coaches are fully licensed and comply with local regulations. Most are fully air-conditioned the majority having tinted windows, and have easy access through a sliding side door.
The company is fully compliant with all the laws of Tenerife, and supplies not only experienced drivers... but uniformed and knowledgeable drivers, so you can be confident of travelling safely with the added bonus of your questions about the places you visit answered.

Hiking Excursion 1: BARRANCO DEL RUIZ, SAN JUAN DE LA RAMBLA
You will descend the
Barranco del Ruiz, by a forest path which runs deep inside the beautiful
centenary forest with laurisilva, chestnuts and strawberry trees, where we
will see an ancient house of a traditional Canarian style. Following this
path we will see the immense ravine walls, sculpted by the water.
This trip will finish in the picturesque coast promenade in Las Aguas,
where we will enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the north of
Tenerife, where the small traditional Canarian houses overlook the
northern sea, in the municipality of San Juan de La Rambla.
This excursion is complete with local guide.

Hiking Excursion 2: BOLICO PEAKS, TENO MASSIF
Starting from Laguna's de Erjos, going into the lush and dense laurisilva forest.
Monte Verde (one of the most ancient forests in the Macaronesian region).
From the Bolico peaks we will see one of the most outstanding views to the Teide, La Gomera, and Santiago valley
.This Excursion is complete with local guide.
Approximate time 4 hours - Difficulty Low

Hiking Excursion 3: AFUR - TAGANANA, ANAGA MASSIF
You will start the trip in Monte de las
Mercedes. You will descend until the nice little village Caserío de Afur.
From here we will follow the route to arrive to the village of Taganana.
On this route you will observe the different eco-systems and flora
depending on the altitude, as well as the human integration with the
natural landscape. The panoramic views of the Anaga,
mountain range are spectacular.

Hiking Excursion 4: MONTE VERDE, TENO MASSIF
Starting from Laguna's de Erjos,
going into the lush and dense laurisilva forest Monte Verde (one of the most ancient forest in the Macaronesian region).
A great variety of large lauraceous trees, among the largest in the Canary
Islands can be seen in this forest. On this beautiful route you will see, in the middle of the mount, natural
sources and man-made
tunnels used to collect water in this wealthy place. Afterwards, you will border the peak of Monte Verde to arrive to an old
little village from which
we can see the Palmar Valley and the municipality of Los Silos.
Finally, you will arrive to Los Silos descending by an impressive route
inserted in the rocks and
perfectly conserved.

Excursions Up To The Incredible Mount Teide
Vilaflor/Teide/Los Gigantes/Playa Arena/
Taking a different route to many of the main coach tours, you travel gently up to the pretty village of Vilaflor , which is in fact the highest village in Spain. Continuing up the mountain you reach the National Park of "Las Canadas", which is an extraordinary sight and displays a completely different contrast.
The park is effectively one huge crater with an area of approximately 130 square kilometres, in the middle of which rises Mount Teide to a height of 3.717 meters, the highest peak in Spain. We can stop for a break at the highest restaurant in Spain, if there is time (queues and weather permitting) you can take the cable car up "Mount Teide", 250m below the peak.
On a clear day, the views from the cable car ride on the way up, and on the way down are spectacular. "It will simply take your breath away".
From here we travel on across the crater and travel downwards through Tamaimo onto Los Gigantes. There may be chance for a nice cup of tea and even an ice cream while you looking at the famous cliffs and the beautiful fish swimming around in the beautiful harbour. From here we return to your resort via Playa de Arena along the newly upgraded coastal road.
Camera is a MUST on this excursion with loads of photo opportunities.

Excursion to Loro Parque, Botanical Gardens, Puerto De La Cruz or Pueblo Chico
Pick up times between 8.30 and 9.00 in resort.
This excursion goes straight to Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Parque and Pueblo Chico, using the TF1 motorway both there and back, giving you more than 5 hours free time to spend at your leisure either in Loro Parque and the Botanical Gardens, in Shopping in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz or a visit to Pueblo Chico.
The price of our excursions does not include the price of the entry ticket to Loro Parque, Botanical Gardens or Pueblo Chico.
The world famous Loro Parque is situated just outside the main town and offers a fantastic day out for the whole family.
You have the opportunity to see the spectacular dolphin and whale show, the amusing sea lion show, and the colourful parrot show from the largest collection in the world. The shark tunnel and aquarium, seeing the penguins living in the largest fridge in the world, not to mention the gorillas and monkeys.
Puerto de la Cruz is a fascinating town on the North side of the island, which has a very different climate to the South, the landscape being much more green and lush. Other places of interest include the Lagos Martianez and the Lido and the San Telmo Chapel.
Pueblo Chico, situated about 15 minutes away in the Oratava Valley is a “miniature village” of the sights and buildings around Tenerife.
Return journey starts around 4.00pm with return to your accommodation around 5 - 5.30 pm.

Shopping Excursions to Santa Cruz
We will collect you from various points in Las
Americas and Los Cristianos between 09.00 and 09.30.
We then proceed up the TF1 motorway towards The capital, Santa Cruz in the North of Tenerife.
Our shopping trip can be tailor made to suit your requirements, including shops like Carrefour and Al Campo, Cortes Ingles and Ikea or even Santa Cruz itself.

The Full Tenerife Island Excursion
Pick up time between
0900 and 0930 in resort.
Los Gigantes, Masca, Icod, Guarachico, Puerto Cruz, Oratava, Teide and Vilaflor.
The journey takes you to Los Gigantes by the Harbour with stunning views of the cliffs. We then travel up to the picturesque village of Masca a pretty little village which used to be occupied by pirates, then onto the coastal town of Guarachico which was partially destroyed in the last volcanic eruption of 1706. Our next place of interest is Icod de Los Vinos with its famous Dragon Tree which is thousands of years old.
From here we go to Puerto de la Cruz for a brief visit and lunch. Next we drive through the Orotava valley onto the spectacular Volcano, Mount Teide.
Finally we descend through the picturesque village of Vilaflor, the highest village in Spain arriving back at resort between 6 and 6-30.p.m.
You are well advised to bring your camera as there are plenty of spectacular views and photographic opportunities.
