Q: How far in advance can I book a Tenerife airport transfer?

A: Bookings can be made up to 12 months before your travel date.

Q: What is the latest I can book a Tenerife airport transfer?

A: Bookings can be made as late as 48 hours before your travel date.

Q: When do I pay for my airport transfer?

A: Payments are made at the time of booking.

Q: How do I pay Tenerife Transfer?

A: Payment is to be made by one of the following methods:

  • Your Pay Pal account.

  • All major Credit & Debit cards.

Q: Is there a charge for using my credit card when using your airport transfer service?

A: No, there are no hidden charges.

Q: Do I need a Pay Pal account?

A: No, you can use the payment by credit or debit card option.

Q: Is my internet payment secure?

A: Using Pay Pal means you can shop safely without sharing your sensitive financial information with sellers. Your privacy is safeguarded.

Q: What happens when I make a booking?

A: Once payment is received by us, email confirmation is automatically generated and sent to you including details of your payment and transfer booking. Included will be instructions advising you what to do when you land in Tenerife and how to locate our Representative.

Q: Do infants and children count?

A: Infants and children do count as one person as they take up a seat belt place.

Q: Can I bring my own child seat?

A: Yes you can, these items are not chargeable as extra luggage when you book in at your departure airport.

Q: How do I collect my transfer upon arrival?

A: Details will have been emailed to you together with your confirmation details.

Q: And on departure?

A: The booking procedure will automatically calculate your collection time for your departure flight . Journey time plus 2 hours check in time.

Q: What if my transport for the return is not there on time?

A: On your confirmation of booking there will be a telephone number for you to contact if a problem arises or you wish to change you pick up time. Please allow 15 minutes from pick up time before calling the telephone number, this allows for traffic delays and other unexpected circumstances.

Q: What if I am travelling with a wheelchair?

A: When making a booking please send us a separate email bookings@tenerifetransfer.com to inform us of:

  • how many people in your party will be seated in wheelchairs on the transport provided.

  • how may people will be seated normally on the transport provided

This additional information is required so that we use the appropriate transport for your needs.

Q: Do I need to tip the driver?

A: The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous then a small tip is the norm.
